Giving 4 stars because original appointment was missed. due to mix up in phone contact number. Waited most of the day before calling in only to learn everything done via computer nowadays instead being able to talk to a live human. Eventually found an associate to talk to. Several emails later, eventually got rescheduled. To avoid angst/stress recommend Best Buy explain this to customers at the time they make their orders.
Team that did install was very professional, courteous and careful to ensure no damage to floor/surrounding areas.
