Easier to utilize than other 3rd party battery peripherals that require having both USB micro and C, as well as replacing the entire back plate of the controller - this just snaps in the base side and plugs into the available USB port, no instruction needed. Though I cannot confirm whether this device charges regular Xbox batteries, these Insignia replacements do an excellent job at keeping the controller charged for hours at a time. Still having access to the front USB port via passthrough was also helpful for my other XBox controller that was slightly different and wouldn't accept the new battery.

In early-'oughts Toronto, life for 13-year-old Meilin Lee (voiced by Rosalie Chiang) was about her BFFs, boy bands, and most of all, hyper-achieving to keep the hover-'rents (Sandra Oh, Orion Lee) happy. That was until she got smacked by an old family curse-that turns her into an 8-foot red panda when stressed-and her comically calamitous coming to terms with it fuels this incisive and endearing Pixar effort. Also with the voices of Wai Ching Ho, James Hong, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. 100 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

What does it mean when putting the battery to recharge, the recharging light blinks instead of NOT blinking?

If I choose not to want to plug in the included charging block. Can the batteries be charged while the batteries are installed in the controller through a USB C cable plugged into the Xbox X?
Can confirm, it works like any regular Xbox battery, though if you are using the PowerA battery and cover, I'm pretty sure you can plug in the controller, but it will not charge, and you'd need to be exclusively be connected to the PowerA's direct USB micro port for any charging to occur.

Can this dock be powered by an outlet or does it HAVE to be plugged to Xbox?
As it is a USB plug, Yes, it will work plugging into any USB-A female connection... though a bit of caution, If you already have it installed onto the Xbox just leave it, the claws that keep it from moving on the bottom are fairly difficult to remove without accidently breaking them off.
