The Epson replaced my 10 year old HP8600. I like that it's compact and quiet. So far have not had any problems and honestly do not expect to. The only thing I am not too keen on is the paper tray - it does not have a closed back - just a post that stops the paper when inserted in the tray. I would prefer a regular type tray, but it's not a real issue and I'll probably get used to it after a while. I would recommend this all-in-one printer for personal and/or small business use.

My printer insists I have a paper jam. I do not have a paper jam. Therefore, what do I do to reset the memory chip or whatever so it will work again.
