Bought a TV with a promotional $100 gift card. Company refused to send after complying with the promotional requirements. Company reps were rude, inconsiderate, failed to assist. Complete fraud of a company. Buyer beware!!!!!

Have done my taxes last few years using the online version of this tax software. This year, i tried this downloaded software (premium) version from BestBuy and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Had tons of issues this year and had no difference in tax situation from previous years. Finally got my taxes submitted, just hope I dont get audited after this debacle.
