Just installed in June 2020, perfect for the smaller room where this is installed, mounting bracket and assembly were a snap.
Problem, installing Sonos, to an existing Sonos environment.
Easy steps- Power on and then find new devices broadcasting network, switch to sonos network, bring onto existing wifi, update. Then maybe you can install it..

When we moved we lost the plate that mounts to the wall. We still have the brackets that mount to the TV. Is it possible to get a replacement plate or do I need to by a whole new mount?
