The campaign was disappointed. Just when it was FINALLY getting decent, it ended. I'd guess it was around 6 ½ hours long.
I'm no longer into the multiplayer but I checked out the maps; meh!
The new twist on Zombies is interesting but of course, with only one map available at launch, it'll get old quick.

- Mediocre Camera - Downgrade from the original Nest Outdoor Camera
- Good Spotlights - Lights up my backyard and I love being able to use Google Assistant to turn it on and off.
- Poor Night Vision - It's a good thing the spotlights turn on when it detects something otherwise the camera would be useless at night.
We purchased this Google Home Camera Spotlight to replace a single camera (TP-Link Kasa) and have better lighting in the backyard. As you can see from the pictures I added, we're having our entire backyard done. Since we're adding a pool, we wanted a much better camera¹ than what we currently had for the backyard. We also wanted to have more lighting² than our single bulb back porch light provided. Failed for first point and and succeeded for the second.
Having read about the New "Nest" Outdoor Camera, I already knew about a couple of the shortcomings. The main one being that it is not compatible with the Nest App. That's why I am referring to it as the Google Home Spotlight Camera.
For those wondering, how this camera differs from the new outdoor battery camera, it doesn't. It's the same camera but with a spotlight attachment. It's even listed in the set up as the Battery Camera. So any shortcomings that camera has, this one likely does as well.
Installing the spotlight camera is not complicated but don't count on any real instructions. I mean it is just installing white wire to white wire, black wire to black wire and the ground to an attached screw. Unfortunately, due to my old hands, I had difficulty installing the mounting brackets to where my porch light was at. I ended up buying a junction box that made things much easier (for me). As you can see in picture of it mounted on the wall, the junction box makes it stick out a lot more than it already did. However, I won't count this against the camera since I chose to add the box for my ease.
This isn't our first Nest Camera but it is our first of the new Google Home cameras. We have a Nest Hello (doorbell), two original indoor Nest Cameras, two original outdoor Nest Cameras, and two outdoor IQ cameras. Let me say this right off the bat, this spotlight camera doesn't even come close to being comparable to the IQ camera. That's to be expected though. Unfortunately, it's not even as good as the original outdoor camera. The image quality seems to be worse and so is the night vision. As you can see in picture #2, without the spotlights turned on, you can't see much. Picture #3 is of the Kasa Cam without any lights. The "light" that you see is from the Google Home Camera's IR lights. I don't know why the Kasa Cam benefits from the Google Home IR lights while the Google Home Camera itself does not. Picture #4 is of the Google Home camera with the spotlights turned on.
As for the actual spotlight's themselves, they are fairly bright. I would have preferred a daylight white over the warmish white but they get the job done. It's actually because of the spotlights that I am likely to keep the Google Home Spotlight. While a smart bulb in the porch light sconce would have allowed us to use Google Assistant to light up the backyard, it would only illuminate the area close to the door. The spot light allows us to spread out the light to the entire backyard. That and there aren't too many options out there for a 24/7 recording spotlight camera.
Overall, if you are okay with average video quality, good lighting and want a 24/7 recording spotlight, then this camera might suffice.

It's been years since I used an OtterBox case on my phone. A few years back, it seemed as if the quality (and overall protection of phones) had gone down. That along with many other brands stepping up their game steered me away from OtterBox.
Since I impulse bought my S21 Ultra, I was not able to order a case ahead of time. With phones being as delicate as they are now a days, I didn't want to go a single days with it being naked.
While not much bigger, the Defender case seemed too bulky. This Commuter series is just right. Still thin enough to not cause a huge bulge in my back pocket but still enough to provide good protection for my phone.
The fact that this case provides a deep enough lip to use a tempered glass screen protector is a bonus. The lip is enough to protect the screen while still allowing you to use the Edge panel.

For the longest time, I didn't see the appeal of these mini speakers. That along with their original price kept me from ever trying them out. Little by little I got smart devices for my home.
I eventually got a Home Mini free from Google and once I connected it, I learned of how great these Minis were. Not only could I use them to play music but I could also use them for voice commands for my smart devices. Using the Mini is quicker and more convenient than having to grab my phone then unlock it.

What does it mean when it says: Camera Power Source Hard wired, Battery-powered Can the Nest Camera Floodlight operate on battery only?
The Flood Light Camera is the same as the New Nest outdoor Battery Camera. The camera plugs into the flood light mount with a magnetic port underneath the camera. The battery will power the camera if your electricity goes out.

2) Not sure what you mean by activated. I am subscribed to Nest Aware and thus my cameras record 24/7. I can also live stream it as quickly as the app loads.

Why is this product not compatible with the Nest app? I track all my Nest devices easily in the Nest app and avoid using Google Home because it is cumbersome and requires many more steps to do what the Nest app does quickly. Please advise if fix is coming

If or when will this be offered in black?
It's very unlikely that Google will offer this camera in black. They seem to LOVE their bright white products!
Off the top of my head, I can only think one black Nest camera; the original Nest indoor camera. Unless I'm mistaken, those were from before Google Bought Nest.

Is the camera in a fixed position or can it be moved from the app? I understand it is wide angle but there are times I would like to move the direction of the camera to look at a different position quickly and remotely.

Sony has been pretty vague but you'll be able to get 3D sound from any wired headphones. These however will give you 3D sound wirelessly.
As for 3D sound from a home theater system, Mark Cerny spoke about that a while back. If I remember correctly, he said that initially, 3D sound would only be available through headphones. Later down the line they hope/want to make it available for TV speakers and of course home theater systems.
