These are like all the other Nintendo Switch Joy Cons except a different color. I had been waiting to buy a second pair of Joy Cons for a while but other than the Neon Yellow, I didn't really like the colors available.
I had hope to be able to get two neon green Joy Cons but unfortunately, they aren't sold in pairs. Having a Neon Green and Neon Green Joy Cons ended up working well for me. Now my niece always wants to use the pink Joy Con while my nephew always wants to use the green one. No more arguing over who gets the right one and who gets the left one.

I bought these to use with my SVS PB-1000 subwoofer. I've heard/read how these subs can make your entire house rattle so I bought these. While I can still feel some rumbling (in a very good way), it keeps the vibrations down significantly.
I have my set up on the 2nd floor and while you can hear and feel the base below, the pictures on the walls don't vibrate.

It's wireless in the sense that it connected to your internet through WiFi. However, for power, it need to be plugged into an outlet.
I've seen a product, that is sold (on that very famous site owned by the richest person in the world) that acts as a power supply. It's like a docking station for the Mini that provides power for it and makes the Mini truly wireless. I don't have any experience with it so I can't comment as how well it works.
