I tested this one with a Gopro Hero 6 and Hero 7 and does not work. You need to get the 3.5mm adapter that they sell at their Gopro website for $50 dollars. This one is good for smartphones.

can this headset be used on an iPad for gaming and watching movies?
I got this ones and they work great all around. Movies, music, especially on video games. The surround sound is very good on PS4 Pro. You have 14 days to return it of does meet your expectations. But for my experience this is a must have.
