I've had LG front loader washer's for maybe 15 years. This is the NOISIEST one ever. While my washer is in a laundry porch behind the kitchen, even with the doors closed I can hear the washer in my living room over the TV.
Do not recommend if you need quiet.

Installers were GREAT. Despite being EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAR with customer service and supervisor that I had existing pedestal drawers I wanted to use, and customer service saying that was okay. The installers were told they could not install on old pedistals. BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL

Best Buy Customer Service FAIL

Installers were great. But Best Buy sent out a crew who was not authorized to hook up propane. BIG FAIL on Best Buy's part. I had to hire a plumber to do the job since Best Buy's next available propane install was weeks out.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The installers were great but Best Buy customer service during purchase was AWFUL! I was VERY clear I had propane dryer. Customer service scheduled me for a PROPANE RANGE! That's not what I bought!!!
