Like the movie, hate the steelbook

For those who don't already know, this is a steelbook. It is a very basic steelbook with no title on the front or on the spine. The spine is just black (I hate that). For some reason the title is on the back of the steelbook, which is covered by the j card. As a steelbook collector, this is the worst looking one I've gotten. Problem is that this is the only release as of now. So if you want this movie you have to buy this dull looking steelbook or wait and see if it maybe gets another release later.

Loosely based on Ip Man's life. Don't know for sure how much is true and what is not. Good series none the less. Saw all four movies before buying, but they are worth it. Box set is very nice.

This is a beautiful steelbook. Very shiny and very bright colors that really catch the eye.
As for the movie: If you need a laugh this is a movie to watch. Not that the movie itself is funny, but watching the toy cars and tanks being blown around and the blue glow around the people who were superimposed into the scene is so ridiculous you have to laugh at it. I'm sure it was cutting edge special effects 60 years ago and I'm sure in another 60 years people will be laughing at the movies made now. I would recommend this movie, even if just to say you've seen it. Just don't expect much and you might even enjoy it.

Great steelbook collection

Just got my Rambo set yesterday. Very nice. Beautiful artwork on outer case and each individual steelbook. After reading some reviews I guess I got lucky and received a set with only one small dent on the outer case. It's on the bottom in the back, so it's not visible. All 5 steelbooks are in pristine condition with no dents, scratches or marks of any kind. I already had all 5 movies in 4k, but I really wanted this steelbook collection. Highly recommend to any Rambo or steelbook collectors.

Boring

I have been a fan of the X-Men movies from the beginning, so I thought this movie would be good. Boy was I wrong. This movie was a total disappointment. The plot was boring and except for the last 20 minutes or so where you finally get a little action this movie is a total waste of time and money. For most of the movie there are only 6 characters and I didn't care about any of them. I wouldn't recommend this movie, but I have read bad reviews of movies I've actually liked so to each their own.

Steelbook is 2009 remake

This steelbook is the 2009 remake and not the 1980 original as described. The cover is basically the same as the 1980 movie poster which threw me off. I figured this was the remake since it was called the Killer Cut and I already have the 2009 version on bluray and it's called the Killer Cut. Also, the inside of the Steelbook shows a picture of Jason and anybody that knows Friday the 13th knows Jason isn't in the original movie. Still a good movie though.

One of only 2 movies I have ever given 5 stars (the other being American History X). Already had BHD on bluray, but pre-ordered the steelbook the 1st day it became available. It has a long list of characters, so it was hard for me to remember all their names. This movie is packed with action. It has great acting and a great story. And it is based on actual events. In my opinion this will always be one of the best war movies ever made.

Never been a big fan of Robin Hood so I had low expectations of this movie. It surprisingly surpassed all of them. Rented it from redbox first, then ordered the steelbook as soon as it was over. Nice twist on a classic story. You can tell the scenes which are clearly green screen or cgi, but the cast and acting are great and there is plenty of great action. This is not your typical RH movie, so even if you haven't like any of the past RH movies, this one may surprise you. Highly recommend.
