The delivery process for this was a nightmare - as I have already posted for the washer - they were ordered as a set. It took hours on the phone with customer service, 3 visits to the store and nearly 6 weeks to get the set installed. Further more they showed up with the wrong hose for the dryer and I had to run out and buy one. When I tried to return the unused hose (they couldn't process the return internally), I had to make 2 trips because they (the delivery contractor) didn't enter their tracking information. Lastly they dented the dryer getting in the house - not a big deal but it was like the icing on top of the cake. Happy with the dryer - but will not order appliances from Best Buy again.

The installation process with Best Buy has been a nightmare. The driver was early the first day and did not park in front of my house. I fumbled the phone call (from a non returnable #) and so the driver left without even ringing my door bell. Took me 1 hour to get customer service on the phone and by then they were too far gone to return the same day. Then the customer service agent said they did park in front of my house and ring the door bell - ??? Then they would not reschedule until the washer and dryer had been returned to the warehouse that evening. So the next day I went into the actual store (because I didn't want to deal with another 1 hour hold on the phone) and the manager rescheduled the delivery in person. So two weeks later a driver calls me and says that he is confused because he has an installation order but no washer and dryer. Turns out the manager inside the store could not reschedule the washer and dryer delivery - only the installation ???? So a customer service rep calls me and says she will schedule both the installation and delivery for me - again two weeks out. The very next day I get an email saying I have an unscheduled order and I need to log in and schedule the delivery of my washer and dryer - ??? I scheduled it myself online, of course the slot I had picked the day before was gone so I had to wait a few more days. I love the washing machine but next time I will buy it from anywhere else.

This is my second Samsung dryer and I am very happy with it. Last time I went with the larger top of the line model and I have to say I miss some of the settings but over all it is great.

This vacuum is easy to use, it is not hard to push and turns easily. I am very pleased with how easy it is to use the attachments and hose. I would rate its suction as medium but overall happy with it.
This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

I did not actually use this product as the installer brought it with him and it had the wrong connections - So I had to run out and purchase the correct part at another store.
