I have only had this controller for a week and the thumbsticks already have drift. what a waste of $200. i cant wait for the new nacon controller

My controller is having the same problem with the left stick ,when I’m playing shooting games it moves by itself,is very hard for me to pick in corners and stay camping to get a kill .After a month of use I had to spend $40 more to buy a pair of new thumbsticks to keep playing with the controller,definitely a problem with that.

Can you hear yourself talking when using this headset?
From the time you open it no but if you connect the headsets with a pc you always can adjust the side tone and can hear yourself if you want it

Did you guys shift your supply to the new 2019 edition? I wanna order them online, but there is no indication whether or not they are the 2019 edition. Apparently, the 2019 edition is much improved.
Best Buy has 2 kinds of Arctis 7 ,the differences between the old one and the new is in the headband,the old one has some white in the headband and the new ones is all black,make sure at checkout online,and if you get the old model you always can return it back,and get another.
