Clothes not spin enough to be ready for dryer.

The washer various sequences are not working correctly. The sensing takes 5 - 10% of cyle, washing takes about 70% of cycle time, rinse about 10% and spin barely 10%, of cycle time. Result is towels and women's slacks in particular require me to place them over shower door to dry at least 50% of water left after cycle before I can put in my dryer. I am concerned about my dryer being overloaded with the extra water weight and possibility I would need to replace it. So no, I am not happy with the product. I was sure the delivery guys said I had 30 days to ask for a replacement but when I called I was told it was 15 days. So I am left with needing you or someone to verify I am not grievously not loading the machine correctly - followed by asking someone from Best Buy to diagnose the problem. Not a happy customer.

When loading clothes in the machine I evenly spread them around agitator. It requires several times of stopping machine and resorting to avoid thumping as balance goes awry. Disappointed, probably returning the machine.
