Plastic case could not hold the DVD's in place

I like the Doctor Who series and so I thought I would purchase this DVD box set. The clear plastic case could not hold the DVD's in place and you could see they were all sliding around inside the case getting all scratched up. Never opened it, returned it Best Buy.

Another movie arrived in a damaged case

The movie was very good when I viewed it a few years ago so I wanted to get a 4K copy of it. Yet another movie arrived in a damaged case. Plastic parts got under the move and scratched it all up. The Tabs are broken so the case will not stay closed. Not able to try and return it till January so I do not know if Best Buy will give me another one since this one is open.
