This was an online order. You can hear this movie is dislodged and sliding around in the case and was returned to Best Buy. Many of the moves that I have purchased on sale, then have to be returned are no longer on sale and Best Buy will not re-order the movie at the sale price.

This was an online order. You can hear this movie is dislodged and sliding around in the case and was returned to Best Buy. The movie that I purchased is no longer on sale and Best Buy would not re-order it for the sale price I paid. Very poor customer service.

Dislodged movie sliding around in the case

This was an online order because most of the movies nowadays are not in the store so if you want it you have to have it delivered. You can hear this movie is dislodged and sliding around in the case and will have to be returned to Best. Many of the moves that I have purchased on sale, then have to be returned are
