Delivery guys were fast and hauled the machine away for me. Best Buy customer service was horrendous and the girl I spoke with hung up on me and refused to give me someone else or a supervisor. She was ridiculous.

Love the machine but poor service from best buy

So let me say I absolutely love this washing machine. It’s simple and quiet and I have no issue with clothes coming out clean. It does take longer to run a cycle but I expected that because of it being HE and new machines seem to be more complicated. I had major issues with Best Buy and delivery but the Maytag machine is amazing.

Poor poor customer service

Worst experience ever. Guys got here to deliver and after hooking it up found it to be defective. Not their fault but when discussing the next step I found that instead of going back to get a different one I would have to wait almost a week for another one to deliver. When speaking to customer service at the warehouse the girl on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In fact she hung up on me and would not work on any solution. This is unacceptable. I purchased a washing machine, paid for delivery and it was not my problem the product was defective. But yet they did absolutely nothing to get another one to me. I then had to wait a day to even be able to call and try and schedule another delivery even though the warehouse was only 45 minutes from my home. Nobody would help and when I asked for a supervisor I was told by the girl on the phone she didn’t have a supervisor. Now maybe it’s just me but I am pretty sure she doesn’t own Best Buy and isn’t the ceo which means she has a supervisor. Even after calling the store I ordered from I was left speaking to probably a college student with no clue how to make things right. I will never purchase anything like this again from Best Buy. I will buy local even if I pay more. Disgusted with the entire process.
