Not great-clippers are dull

These were bad. The clippers do not clip smoothly. I only purchased because I had some points. Very disappointed in the quality of the main tool and the case itself. And I purchased 2 of these. One was given to my son and he never mentioned it, so my assumption is that is was also not a great product.

I bought this for my daughter, age 13 at the time. We have been very happy with the purchase. My only recommendation is to not use Geeksquad for any concerns with it. My daughter had an issue with "sticky keys". Geeksquad charged to replace the keyboard and the issue continued. It is literally a setting. I found this out when I took it to Apple directly and they listened to what I was saying was happening. Anyway, it is a great computer and does everything a teen could want it to.
