Purchased in March, 2023, pump went out in middle of December took 2 weeks for an appointment on December 28, 2023 . He came we helped him empty water from washer tub, till empty, so he could work on it .then he said the pump was the wrong pump . it takes another 2 weeks to order. Called to see if part came .. said he would schedule for 1/16/24. There should not be a pump problem on a new washer .. Lemon.. getting the run around now .Hard on this 76 yr. senior widow ..

Again wrong part sent to Tech Agent 1/16/2024..

Second time the wrong part (pump) was sent to the tech. The tech came on January 16, 2024 pump to be installed.. he said again he was sent the wrong part .What is wrong with the parts department, Gross Negligence !! .. I just called best agent Jeff, he ordered the part & scheduled the install for January 20, 2024 . with same Tech Agent Alex, so I pray for a miracle that the correct part is sent to him .. Clearly its not the Tech's negligence but the parts department incompetence ..

This washer is very noisy during operation, having a loud knocking sound. Also, the agitation is too aggressive for Delicate cycle and for Hand Wash cycle. The concern is that clothes will become old-looking before they are actually old.

Same Here . Grossly Disapointing

Replacement ASAP !! 1 month with no washer. (pump( , since Middle of Dec/2024 . Till now . for the 3rd time the replacement pump is being ordered..so I have to wait till Feb/2024 .Incompetent parts department, sending wrong pump.. My washer was purchased in March 24, 2023, Within 9 month period the pump went out. This should not be a problem not used that much . I am a senior this has been & still Is Stressful for me.. The Tech has not returned my recent calls, did not show up om 1/20/224, nor did he call . I had to call again to Cust. Ser. they have been great so far to resolve this & contact the Tech Alex Kwan..

We bought and installed this washer yesterday and it’s not pumping out the water after use. We’ve checked all hoses and there’s no kinks of any kind. Anyone else have this problem??
Yes .. 9 months old washer & told the pump is out ..its been a month & still waiting to be fixed ..delay due to wrong pump sent ..hopefully On 1/16/2024 it gets fixed with a new pump

My insignia washing machine ns-twm41wh8a model continues to go off balance I chged 4 suspension rods already Checked level Machine balls/bunches up clothes when going into spin cycle and kicks out Is there a motor clutch issue ? Thxs !
I thought I was the only one with this problem .. seemed minor .. would bunch the clothes & error code appears So Then I would re arrange the clothes in machine . then it would work.. but the machine itself bunches them up .. & kicks it off balance .. only 9 months old my pump went out .. its been a month & still with no washer .. or results in the right direction .. More Than one Lemon it appears .. Replacement needed ..
