Bad customer service

Picture is nice but the TV don't turn on unless I unplug it and plug it in. I called best buy customer service and they hung up on me. All I wanted was an exchange for a working TV, mobility issues make it hard to unplug and replace the TV from the outlet and defeats the purpose of the remote control.
