Best Buy contracted with delivery & install company was A&C Delivery Inc. Oakland Ca. The two men were very professional. measured the doors and entrance spaces and strapped the old fridge and carried it out of the house, never touching the inside floors. They spent allot of time carefully cutting and trimming the protective shrink wrap on the fridge. The delivery company men were always professional from beginning to end. Remember to tip them well !!!! I will only use best buy in the future needs.

will installers bring everything they need to install lg gas dryer? They are removing old dryer to I should have all the parts I need.
If you paid BestBuy to remove each item. The installers will bring their tools to remove your old equipment and gas line and install the new equipment as you are required to purchase those items from Best Buy in the delivery install order receipt. I hope this is helpful.

I am waiting for a gas dryer to be delivered and installed. Do you take away the old dryer? Is that an additional charge?
There is a charge for taking away a per each item. It’s worth it. My local garbage recycling service charges $99. Each for a washer or dryer. Maybe your garbage service has a yearly free pickup and you can keep the items until then. I hope this is helpful.
