Love the new Note20. User friendly, long lasting battery and the camera(s) is excellent.
The features are familiar, so are easy to use, the only issue I have is with voicemail. It has visual voicemail so I had to download an app to use it. When I click on voicemail it sits and spins for about 20 seconds or I get an error message. When I get the error I can choose to call voicemail so it's not too inconvenient.
