Mac version is getting better... but still not PC.

I've been using Quicken for years... like 15-20 years now or something. I started using back when I only used Windows computers. I was very familiar with the way it worked, it was very powerful and had a lot of options. Then I switched over to Mac and had to have bootcamp for years just to continue using the Windows version. This was fine for a while, but got really annoying just to boot a separate oporating system for a single app. When Quicken finally made a version for Mac, I jumped on it immediately. I've been continually underwhelmed by Quicken's Mac releases, and this update isn't much better than the last. I still use it because I don't want to deal with Bootcamp anymore... but I really wish Quicken would attempt to make this software more robust for Mac users.
Another note: I downgraded this year from Premier to Deluxe, if you're on the fence about which option to get, I'd say save your money and get Deluxe. The extra features for Premier are just "better tech support" and the ability to use bill pay via a separate quicken service that you have to sign up for, "for free." I never ended up using bill pay... I mean, you can do that from you banks app just as fast as doing it from a 3rd party software like this... honestly, Premier is not worth it, stick to deluxe.

Better than a Disney movie! Totally underrated.

Everyone raves about Disney movies, they've become the gold standard for animation. However, I think Dreamworks is just as good if not better (for some of their movies). How to Train Your Dragon is an amazing example of that! Watch this movie. Buy this movie. Support movies other than Disney (but also buy Disney movies too. They're good as well... just don't forget about the other guys)! This is a fun movie for both kids and adults. I highly recommend it.

Cellular biologist Lena's (Natalie Portman) husband Kane (Oscar Isaac) suddenly returns from a mysterious region known as the Shimmer after being missing for a year. When Kane falls into a coma, Lena joins a scientific expedition to the area where she and the rest of her team encounter mutated creatures and strange hybrids of plant and animal life while realizing that they themselves are being altered in bizarre ways. Based on Jeff VanderMeer's novel, this visually stunning sci-fi tale co-stars Jennifer Jason Leigh, Gina Rodriguez, Tessa Thompson.

Great movie that no one is talking about.

I watched this on Amazon Prime Video on a whim and totally loved it. Didn’t expect this movie to be as smart and odd as it ended up being. Glad I watched it and even more happy that bestbuy.com still carries it since my local store didn’t have any in stock. Now I have a copy to force all my friends to watch and get people taking about it! Highly recommend this one if you haven’t seen it yet!

A little disappointed in 4k Release
on January 3, 2020

I'm a little disappointed in WB for only releasing the Ultimate Cut (the nearly unwatchable, 3 1/2 version) in 4k. I don't mind having The Ultimate Cut in 4k, for occasional viewing, however I feel WB should have also offered either the theatrical or directors cut in 4k as well. Also, the movie redeems only the Ultimate Cut in 4k. So basically I just bought something I'll barely watch and have to rebuy it again if they ever have the other cuts available in 4k.

I love when steelbooks look like a prop from the movie itself. This is one of the better ones in that way. I’d put this in the to- 10msteelbooks I’ve bought to date.

I own nearly every MCU Steelbook and this is probably one of the nicest ones I own. The artwork adds a very nice touch to the design, this is a prime example of why I’d rather buy the Steelbook over getting the standard retail edition.

Cult Classic!

I only became aware of this movie a few years ago, watched it and loved it. It’s now on my must have cult films. Particularly in the “goth” category, along with The Crow, The Craft, Beetlejuice and The Addams Family.

Improvement from last release

This is the second Steelbook I’ve bought for this same movie. The original one was the comic book series one from years back. I never loved it, but it was good enough. When I saw this one I had to have it! The Steelbook itself looks decent. It’s a nice matte finish. Mine has a thin cut across the front, but barely noticeable. The art on it and everything else about it is much better than the original one. I would recommend it.

The way Constantine should be.

Big fan of Constantine, from the comics, the animations, to the live action show and even that one time Keanu took a stab at the character (and wasn’t even close to portraying him correctly). This movie did not disappoint. This was probably the darkest, most wicked iteration yet! Plus having Matt Ryan (the actor of the live action show), voice him in the animated movie was an great call. He nails the character’s subtle humor and nuances with his voice. Keanu didn’t even try. I would highly recommend this movie, just be aware it’s DEFINTELY R RATED. Haha

Almost Awesome

This review is definitely one of the harder ones for me to make. I saw the movie in the theater, was extremely underwhelmed, decided I wanted nothing to do with the Sony Venomverse and thought I was done with it. Then I saw the Steelbook and was floored by how cool it looked. I ordered it because of that alone. Once I received it, I loved it. It looks amazing. The artist who did the cover art is super talented. I could almost frame this thing it looked so cool. However, at the end of the day, I just did not like the movie and as much as I wanted to keep this amazing piece of art, it does not belong in my collection. I let it sit on my desk debating if I wanted to open it and put it in my collection for a few days, but ultimately decided it should go to someone who actually liked the movie and would love it. So I returned it. The movie is just not for me. If you actually like the movie, I recommend this item over the standard edition for sure.
