The way this need to be loaded and the equipment changed it would definitely work best for the professional that has everything organized and know exactly how the do it. For the "weekend" baker it would be better to get the series 1 step below due to the tilting head instead of raising the bowl. It makes switching the bits and checking so much easier.

We returned this due to the fact you had to put the attachment on after yo get the bowl almost in place. and have to remove attachment to pull the bowl off.
