One of the best purchases I've made! I've used the hand strap a gazillion times, between kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, walking around boats, hikes, etc. It's never come loose once, and makes me feel secure. I'm never worried that I'll loose my gopro since it's strapped to my hand. 10000% worth the purchase.

Good purchase, lots of steaming issues

Definitely a good purchase overall. Video and audio are clear. It's easy for the person in front of the cam to hear me and vice versa. Siren works well and the lights are in tune with motion, or can be manually turned on/off.
However, I do experience a lot of streaming issues for live view with this cam, compared to my stick up cam (which is 4x the distance away from the router as this one). Not sure what causes it since it's literally right next to the router, updated and full battery, but either it's super annoying. -2 stars for this reason

Although my preferred case is the Defender, I decided to get the Symmetry clear for the iPhone 12 Pro because I’ve used the symmetry clear cases before and thought it was good for a clear case.
I have never had any complaints about Otterbox cases until now.
Like one other reviewer had mentioned about the fit, I’ve started questioning whether or not this symmetry case was made to fit this iPhone 12 Pro. As soon I picked up the case from curbside pickup, I tried to put this case on. I’m not one to give up easily, but I gave up trying to put this case. I probably could have maneuvered the case on like another reviewer had mentioned, but the last thing I wanted to do was to break my phone trying to do it. I tried slipping the case on from multiple angles. No joy.
-In the ideal world
If you want a clear case that very securely grabs onto your phone (tight fit), then get this case. The quality is of the material is decent. It seems protective (I was hoping for my protection near the camera area) enough for this series.

You’re getting a clear case because you want to show off the color of your phone. You know dust with inevitably get under the case, so you’re going to want to clean the case and phone every once in a while. You have to take the case off right?! Good luck. If you can manage to get the case on (I wasn’t), I hope you can take the case off as well.

I also had this issue. It took me 25 minutes to get the case on and I was terrified of breaking the phone or case in the process. It's on now but I'm not sure if I will ever be able to get it off. The case is very rigid and inflexible, not at all easy to remove or install.
