Not a bad receiver. My old one died so was looking for a reasonable price one to do the job. Works well. Little things I don’t like is that there are no bass and tremble knobs on the front and that you have to go in the Home Screen on the tv to totally adjust things. Although if I want these things that my old recover had it’s going to cost 3xs the amount now and I wasn’t prepared to spend that kind of money.

How many speakers can you hook up with this system
This a is a 5.2 it allows you to hook up center, fronts, surrounds and 2 subwoofers. I have it in my living room and didn’t want more speakers in the setup. It’s good to just add in some surround sound and bass. It’s also a great price for what I was looking for at this time. Receivers can’t get really expensive and this was a nice compromise

I have a different brand Sub and when it doesn't receive any signal for a few minutes it goes to sleep and when it does it makes a loud offensive noise. It can be very embarrassing. Does this one make any noises when it goes to sleep?
When it’s in that mode there is a clicking sound as the subwoofer is needed

When they are going to restock the Neon Red/Neon Blue version? Is the online stock different from the physical store stock?
I bought one back at the end of September. Your best bet is to check online every morning. I had to do that and was able to get one. Be patient! You will have a very hard time trying to get it in store. If you order on line you can have it shipped to your house or I believe you can choose to pick it up in store
