Quiet Machine but water levels can be off

Machine is quiet and seems to run well. I love the faucet feature as my laundry room does not have a faucet. Only thing I'm not as pleased with is water level. Wish you could select the water level.
When washing towels you have to use the deep fill setting to get enough water for the cycle. The deep fill is not available on the "Normal" cycle. The "whites" cycle is 1.5 hours long and bath towels are not that dirty. It does great with smaller loads . But I bought it for the larger capacity. I've had the machine for 1 month.
