GEEK SQUAD IS PITIFUL

Best Buy has alot of work to do. They make survey appointments that are useless. They also take appoints and say they provide service that they don't. Geek squad does not care about the way their customers are treated. Along with the fact that the Home Theater manager could care less about the way his team treats customers and waste time. Buy the way beware they will schedule several appointments for the same job and not show or send correct person to do the job. I'm currently still trying to get hold of regional manager because it somehow seems as if geek squad is controlling their own destiny outside the store location. I'm an avid best buy shopper si this is very disappointing to report, but the truth is necessary because I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's happened several times so I've now caught on to the worthless service that is offered as well well get it done to get your money.
