useless tech

there was no install. the tech was useless. he made a big mess. called multiple times to report the issue. and never receive any call back. i end up spending more than 2 hours to install the washer myself. not sure why i pay a useless tech to come over to mess up my house in the first place

it was a mess when he took the old washer out of my house. water everywhere. they are not professional at all. it was a nightmare. called to complain and file a case. every got any call back. no one cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the worst tech i have ever got. i bought dryer from wayfair before and had someone to install but never had any issue.but no no no best buy is the worst. i waste my money and i end up had to do everything myself. waste additional money and time to buy the hose i need. don't even have them install for you
