Terrible service

Terrible best buy service . Reached out 50 times because they delivered a defective product and they rescheduled like 10 times and still not resolved . Customer care is not helpful and they refuse to provide an email or contact to resolve the issue

All you have to do is dispute the charge. You’ll get your money back and a free 1 less pixel tv. I’ve done it in the past.
