The vent probably works but it is very ridged and sticks about 12” away from wall. This vent prevented us from pushing back the dryer close to the wall.

The third party was very prompt and courteous when installing our dryer. Even though we had to find our own stackable kit and went out to purchase our own vent kit, they installed all of it in a return trip with no problem.

The third party that came out to install the washer were very courteous and knowledgeable. The washer was hooked up but informed us that the company ordered the wrong stackable kit. They contacted the customer service center that called us immediately. The problem was resolved and they returned 5 days later to complete the install.

I really like our Samsung Dryer. It is very easy to use, it offers several settings but I use the normal or perma press setting . Clothes always come out dry. The only down side to this dryer is the lent vent. It is very hard to open it to empty.

Had to purchase a new TV so decided to upgrade to smart TV. When hooked to Cable I have no problems but when I switch to other apps I have a terrible time getting back to cable. The Manuel was useless for help and finally figured how to reset to factory settings and only use for cable. LG app wants to dominate. Went back to Best Buy and they don’t have this TV set up on internet to assist us.
