Bad service/total inconvenie and damage to persone

We have had a very bad experience with your delivery service/except for one-time when our refrigerator was finally delivered by a new third party delivery team. the 1st delivery folks refused to deliver stating the product is damaged and wanted to take back and when asked to connect as is, damaged our new home entrance door badly and finally managed it thier way and took the appliance (fridge and washer) back. Was a nightmare dealing with these folks and the ones who came in later as well.. who connected the Washer/dryer wrongly which led to sparks coming in from the Cord while they tried to connect to the plug and the breaker tripped./ blamed it on the home wiring/ and the next person from best buy comes and fixes that stating the previous guy connected this wrongly. been a nightmare dealing with these folks and 100's of calls to best buy customer support who never had any clue on whats happening and how to resolve things. i think you guys need to focus on valuing relation and service more than your sales. Sales will follow only with better services and when you deliver what you have committed to.
