When you need them, you need them. Braided stainless steel for durability. Length is sufficient for a bit of moving around for cleaning, or a machine a little removed from water faucet. They do the job.

Worth the Wait

When your washer dies and it’s the middle of a quarantine and you seem to wash clothes several times a day, what do you do? Purchase a washer available the next day, or decide to wait for the one you really want to be ordered snd delivered? It was tempting to take something available, but I’m very glad I waited. This baby made short work of the mounds of dirty clothes waiting to be washed. It’s extra deep, so short people need to consider this. It has 12 cycles which can easily modified for water temperature, level, degree of dirtiness, and spin speed. The first load in was whites. I was thrilled to see that some very dirty items came out perfectly clean. The tub is large! It washed a queen size comforter along with a set of sheets without problem. The Sanitize cycle was a must have for me and I’m sure the WiFi ability will be welcome but it hasn’t been used yet since I’m home most of the time now:). The Geek guys hooked up the machine and hauled out the old machine flawlessly. They had to remove a door to do so but it didn’t bother them. I initially wanted a front loader, but luckily the salesperson asked about the distance between the machine and the opposite wall. He pointed out that a front loader wouldn’t work due to space restraints. This machine is a nice compromise. It has the large capacity I wanted while still being without an agitator. This LG washer is currently well rated by Consumers Magazine. The only caveat I can see for future purchasers is check to see if you can reach the bottom of the drum! It is deep. It’s almost a pleasure to wash clothes now.

If you can overlook Best Buy's incredibly disorganized online customer order department and delayed delivery, this is a decent air conditioning unit. It was ordered for an upstairs bedroom that was exceedingly hot. It cooled the 10x15 room nicely, was easy enough to set up, and fairly quiet. We don't use it unless we have overnight guests, so it is unknown how well it will operate over time.

Little Speaker, Big Sound

We are quite amazed at the clarity and volume the Echo Dot puts out. The sound quality is good for the price and the volume has been sufficient for the kitchen and family room area. While you can buy bigger speakers with more output and higher sound quality, I prefer the Dot because of it's small size. It is very unobtrusive and can be easily moved when needed. We like it so much we gave several as gifts.

A Must for Frequently Misplaced Keys or Phones

These little tiles have been a life saver in our house. Many fewer mad dashes backtracking all the places we've been since we last recall having our phone or keys! Life may not be as "exciting" as it once was before tiles and our heart rates don't skyrocket in panic as often, but it's a lot calmer now. My partner put the tiles on his keys and mobile. Now when they go missing we hop on the computer to see where they are. You don't get an exact location but it's near enough that he knows where they are. They're amazing for the price.

Is this noisy
I suppose it depends on your tolerance, but we do not find it so. We have had guests twice now who have used it and they thought it was quiet enough. Our granddaughter says it's like a white noise machine which she sleeps with at home.
