Pros: They are quite comfortable. I’m a petite woman with a smaller head and a lot of headphones don’t fit me properly. I’m happy to say that these fit well. The padding at the top is soft enough that they don’t put pressure on my head causing pain like other brands do. The sound quality is crisp and clear during conversations which is what I’m primarily using them for. They connected to my computer easily and stay connected without any issues, and buttons are easy to use while wearing the headset.
Cons: The noise cancellation feature is just ok. It’s more of a noise “softening” feature. I can still hear everything going on, it’s just muffled.

The case itself is great but my mom bought this and later that afternoon we found it for much less on Amazon. She went back to the store to price match it down and they gave her a really hard time about it. Untimely they did not price match it for her bc she already had it opened and on her phone, which the store employee did before she left! I feel they took advantage of her and wished I was there to help.
