I would want my money back. Ive already said this on the other reviews that was included with everything. But here it is again: Guys seemed like they didnt want to be there doing their job. Made some rude comments about my pets and didnt even finish setting up my drier. I can continue to complain but its not like they will actually do anything about it. So just dont pay extra. Ask a friend for help or even rent a truck yourself would be better than paying for their services.

Works great for our utilities. However, i paid them to come set up but they did not. They first came and said that the wall piece needs to be a certain kinda. Which i did leave to get the piece which i was only gone for 5mins. They were still setting up the washier. So i replaced it for them to do the drier. While i was putting away the tools, they drove away. I have a long drive way so before they even left my driveway i tried three times to call them but didnt get no answer. I finally called thecustomer service and they got in touch with the guys who set it up. But they said they were too far down the road to come back and can reschedule. I can’t reschedule cuz i work 3 jobs. So i did it myself. It had easy instructions just was hard for someone who hasnt done it at all before. So get the parts if you need them. Dont pay extra fro delivery or service cuz it’s not worth the head ache
