this film is just full of easter eggs and video game fan service. Sometimes its message feels heavy handed and a fair amount of the book was changed to make the movie. I think the movie came out quite well personally but I can see a persons enjoyment of this film being pretty heavily tied into if they can just enjoy the ride without trying to pick holes in the movies plot.

hell boy is a solid comic book film before the entire genre became cookie cutter with marvel putting out a blockbuster each year. The story has its own style and while the second film is better the first film is quite enjoyable in its own way.

This is the arc that got bleach into the big 3 for anime across the world. The only downside is that it’s missing a few episodes at the beginning and end of the whole soul society arc making it so you will need set and and 3 to complete this gem.

Overall i really enjoy Constantine as a character so i enjoyed this movie. My only problem with it is this isn't really a movie so much as a mini tv series that feels stitched together (because it is). The movie is still enjoyable and i enjoy each chapter individually but its rough spots do take me out of the whole experience.

the movie is entertaining for the first half or so but the second half feels like the films just on auto pilot. The acting is accepable but honestly I have seen documentary's on the subject that are more entertaining. Personally I would recommend the cocaine cowboys documentary if you are interested in this genre and time in history and leave this film for a rental at most.

The worst dc animated film so far

The film feels more like a parody of a batman movie then a batman movie. The characters don't act like themselves and the voice acting is rather poor compared to the rest of the dc films collection. The movie takes a lot of risks and a few do pay off but mostly it falls flat making it more annoying then entertaining

The acting in this film is just plain bad and the chemistry between the main characters is even worse. The film is viually pretty stunning but its hard to get passed just how wooden the performances are in this. I dont see satire or campy acting i just see bad acting with this film.
