Ordered this item and was waiting for 5 days. It was in stock at the store but they never my online order aside. I went in and they said due to it selling out I would have to wait. But it wasnt sold out until today, Best Buy has been dropping the ball on so many things.

Pre-ordered the movie a month in advance and have yet to see it come. Says if it doesnt come by tomorrow I’ll be refunded… I want the movie. This is the 5th time theres been an issue. The movie is a 10/10, but Best Buy butchered the process to get it to the consumer.
