Order this to go with the "new" severely dented washer that was packaged up like it was brand new. The box was empty and had only the garbage from who ever return it.

Absolutely horrible

This washer must of been a returned one. It had huge dents in the side and front which you couldnt see since it was re-packaged like new. I had to pay a friend with a truck to pick up and bring to my home. Take off the back door to fit it inside and take off the basement door and railing to fit it downstairs. Enlisted my neighbor guy to help my guy friend bring it downstairs. I have no way of getting it back up the stairs to return it! I absolutely dread do laundry even more so now. Large loads take 70+ mins to wash! Its super sensitive and has to be 100% level otherwise vibrates across the floor or stops completely. I also purchased the hookup hoses with the washer that was recommended for 40$ and the box was empty, other than garbage being stuffed in it. Im very upset about the whole situation and can't seem to get the right answer for who im supposed to contact about it.
