Love the movie and the new artwork on this version of the steelbook.
This is an upgraded artwork version as the original one had basically a drawing of Aquaman and his partner on the front cover side by side.
This one has Aquaman with his newly acquired Trident weapon on the front coming out of the Sea after defeating the protector of it.
May not be absolutely accurate, but it's what I like to think.

Being a fan of Kurt Russell for many years, I eagerly awaited this one to get a steelbook and upgrade.
This is Shout Factory's version as 20th Century Fox never released a steelbook version that I know of as of this writing.
The graphic artwork is fabulous throughout and we get 2 Blu-ray discs with some great new Special Features.
The features are better than the previous 20th releases.
The movie and sound are outstanding on the 4K player and TV.

I honestly don't think you need a 4K upgrade to these movies.
The first Die Hard received a 4K version in 2018, I believe, for the Anniversary. Reviews were not well received for the treatment on that format.
There is enough room on the 2 pegs inside to house all 5 movies, no problem and they are firmly secured.

This new Criterion version of one of Gene's best movies looks stunning and I do believe it is the best version that is out there now.
Previously, there was the Twilight Time release and that has gone on to become out of print.
This Criterion version has many features and is well presented as you would expect from Criterion.
Get this one soon as it is going to be a Collector's Item.

I am a big Gene Tierney fan and have been since her debut in 1939's The Return of Frank James.
She did not care for her performance in it and vowed to make changes in herself, including her voice.
To do this, she started smoking regularly to lower her voice.
She had a great career, but suffered from mental sickness along the way which would ultimately put her into retirement from acting. She would pass away in November 1991 of Cancer, mainly from smoking for many, many years.

This collection features the wonder of the entire Star Wars saga, capturing the moments from a young Anakin Skywalker's descent into the dark side to the rise of the Resistance and their struggle to restore peace in the galaxy. Having been a long time fan of the series, starting on the infamous date for all SW fans, 25 May 1977, I was eager to get this set and have all the movies in UHD 4K.
This set does NOT include the SW stories "Solo" and "Rogue One".
I will be getting "Rogue One" separately for the 4K as I have "Solo".
The box itself is decent, it has a leather like feel to it and opens up on the sides to reveal a middle "silver book" that contains all the discs and original artwork from each of the 9 movies.
The movie pages have the 4K and Blu-ray disc housed in their own respective sleeves on the upper right corner and are labeled as such when you remove them. Removing them is a sticking point, but as with anything disc, you have to handle with care. They are a bit tight as this is a new set and I think over time it will loosen a bit for each disc. The outer black case does not line up absolutely on the line, and that is a bit of a disappointment when it comes to the Death Star graphic on the front, but that is a minor thing to me. It's not handmade by Rolls Royce.

The 9 bonus discs are pretty good, but NOT all the material for each movie is in THIS set. There is new material, interviews, etc. for this set mixed with original material brought over from the 2011 9 disc set.
You can find more on the 3 bonus discs that came with that Blu-ray set. Keep those 3 discs if you have it.
Also, the 2004 Star Wars Trilogy "Bonus Material" DVD is exceptional with the vintage IV-VI trilogy content. Has ALL the trailers for those three movies and the EPIC documentary "Empire Of Dreams". That to me, is THE documentary for the original trilogy. This is NOT on this 2020 Box Set.

Episode IX does NOT have any deleted/extended scenes on the bonus disc. Why? I don't know. I do believe there is much footage that could have been added here. We get a "Skywalker Saga" documentary, rather it's a behind the scenes 2 hour video mostly about VII-IX with a little bit of footage from IV-VI added in here and there. No mention of Episodes I-III at all.
The plus here for me is the total package, although the disc sleeves may have been better, it doesn't appear they will scratch easily as the material behind it is slick. They are tight on the sides, but I believe over time it will loosen a bit. Handle with care as always. We get all the movies on UHD 4K with newer prints. The original trilogy (IV-VI) has never looked better.
No, it does NOT contain the 1977, 1980, 1983 theatrical releases with all mistakes and film defects inherent in those, even now in later format releases (VHS box sets/1995 THX Laserdisc sets).
You will never see those on a UHD 4K set.
George made it clear many years ago, that the movies that were originally seen on the screen in those years were not the complete vision he had at the time. He couldn't do alot of things he wanted because of the limits of technology at the time. So, he basically had to wait unitl the movie technology caught up.

Even if this set is not the most perfect one, I do like it, but it could have been better overall for content and the placement of discs in the sleeves. Artwork is well done and the artwork on the discs are well done, too. A solid 4 Stars.

I really like this Steelbook it’s pretty cool. Lionsgate knows how to make a great Steelbook and this one is pretty awesome. But the only dislike about this is that I didn’t have a chance to finish the movie. Like after hour and a half the sounds just cut off while I was watching the movie. For the 4K and the Blu-Ray. I was very disappointed and had to return it and sadly, they didn’t had any copy of the Steelbook and the regular 4K. Wish I could give this a better rating but couldn’t, I was let down.

I spent a lot of time standing in front of one of these in the arcade back when they came out. And I haven't seen one since I enlisted in '85 so I had to get this just as a sop to my memories of happy times during childhood.
This isn't my first Arcade 1up cabinet, but it's by far the most expensive. I don't see the value here OTHER than for that nostalgia factor. There isn't anything here that warrants the price otherwise compared to some of the other games.
That being said, if you can get past the price point and want it, it definitely does bring back those days.
Assembly is pretty standard, although in this set the smallest piece, that is a small bit of wood material about 6 inches long that goes angled on the top above the screen to support the top cover, was much flimsier in here than in my last one. It split with the tiniest bit of snugging the screw down. It was still usable, and I was very careful with the second one, but keep that in mind.
Beyond that, I put it together myself and didn't have any issues with the build I do have a bit of dissapointment with the fitting of the graphic panel just under the joystick - it's not straight and so didn't line up well with the piece underneath it. I may have to pop the back and put some gorilla tape or something on it to keep it lined up better.
The other disappointment is with the joystick. Not anywhere near as good as the original. So light cycles, for example, it gets a lot of inputs that you aren't intending. And the ability to do those tiny little smallest jinks while driving the light cycle are nothing like what you could do with the original.
Sounds are spot on though, and the music is as well. So it's good for a stroll down memory lane even if it's not as good to play as it was. But for the price I expected better.

Thank you for your review! I have been watching this as well to see who would buy one and what it would be like. The price point is just too much, and now you say the controls are not as good, etc. Well, hopefully, there will be a mod available at some point to fix that joystick.

This movie of course was no where on par with the first two. It is worth watching as I think all of them are except for the one with Busta Rhymes in it. This is a classic so buy it and watch it. Too bad they dont make a monster Halloween box set.

Well, this is the second time on 4K for these movies. I believe the first was a digibook style case. They are only rereleasing these to coincide with the newest Spider-Man movie that has all 3 of the guys in it. I'm sure if they sell enough of this set, they will undoubtedly put out a steel book version of it to make even more money. Slip covers, for the most part, are becoming hard to find now. The money is in the steel book casing.

As a life long Star Trek fan I purchased this box set to go with my collection.
I would say that these are a good 4K transfer but not really much of an upgrade over the Blu-ray.

It is nice having a digital copies however these are on paramount and not able to be used on Movies anywhere.
No Dolby Atmos
The Motion Picture is currently being upgraded to the directors cut 4K with Dolby Atmos.. the others will probably soon follow.

I don't know which set up you are watching your discs on, but these most certainly DO have Dolby Atmos on them. They look better than ever now in 4K and am very happy to have them. A good 4K player combined with a good 4K TV with HDR is the best set up.

There are misleading images of this unit's screen size when showing Centipede. The game is a vertical game as it should be. However, there are photos of it being squashed or horizontal. Which is it?

Im seeing mixed reviews about atmos on this one. So does it have atmos or not? If not I thought all 4k movies already includes dolby atmos.
It does NOT have 7.1 Dolby Atmos. It has English DTS 5.1.
Well, when they put this one out, they restored the image of the film, and did not upgrade the soundtrack. Still sounds great on audio equipment and soundbars.

No, it is only a graphic on the front. It is a Legacy Edition, 12 in 1 cabinet.

How do you go to a different game without turning the machine off then back on?
Even if you do play a game, hold down the player 1 button and it will take you to the game select screen in a few seconds.

Oh you have to put it together, but the instruction manuals with these cabinets are excellent.

Is this SQUARE aka "full screen" or is this widescreen format?
What is the screen/monitor size?
I have the Ms. Pac-Man unit with 4 games I got through Best Buy. This looks to be the same exact size screen, vertically.
I have the TEMPEST Legacy Edition also, and that is a smaller screen size at 17 inches, horizontal.

Does this Mrs Pac-Man have the speed hack/fast mode added to this cabinet?
Well, it does state it has the in game settings menu, and on my Pac-Man Legacy Edition which also has 12 games, you can change the speed on Pac-Man to make it super fast in the games settings menu. I am hoping they did it for this 12 game unit as well.
