I really enjoyed this one with a great cast.
Val Kilmer, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, among some others.
I had some reservations on this one due to some reviews saying the picture was too dark, etc. Well, I really had no issues with it as far as the 4K goes.
Night scenes were pretty good for the most part, and daytime was excellent. Sound was utterly fantastic at 7.1 Audio. I really heard the shootout from the bank heist this time. Excellent.
I have started to improve my Val Kilmer library due to his ongoing health issues.
Al Pacino, what can I say about this brilliant actor that has not been said already? Just outstanding.

A decent remake of the cult original from George Romero.
The only thing I really didn't like about it was the zombies running like they were on a mass sprint exercise. It really resembled the World War Z movie. A virus spreads through bites, etc.

If you have a good sound system, it is decent.

The Steelbook is gorgeous and had no dents or scratches in it at all when it arrived. Kudos.
The Blu-ray itself is the same one that was released separately as far as the menus, the movie and the special features.
This one here is a blue colored one, as opposed to the artwork one released a while back. Same DIAMOND EDITION release.

Wow, get this on 4K! Kino Lorber did a great overall job on this one.
The whole package is great with nice slipcover.
Reversable inside cover also.
I would say the 4K is quite nice, probably the best we are going to get on this 1974 gritty movie starring Charles Bronson.

This is definitely an improvement over the lazy Paramount Blu-ray that was released a few years back.

This is the 1UP Arcade to get. Ten games, including MK1, 2, and Ultimate 3. Scan line filter and difficulty settings are available on each game. Some games have additional options. MK1 and 2 have flawless emulation. Ultimate MK3 suffers from occasional slow down when a lot happens on screen. Otherwise it plays perfectly.
This is my first 1UP purchase, and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I'll pick up more as my favorite games are released.

Received product like many items recently shipped from bestbuy in plain mail envelopes with no padding or protection, when i am spending 80 to 100 for something that comes in a special edition box i expect it to be protected when shipped not placed in a stand mail envelope. the box was torn up and one of the steelbooks has a very visible scratch on it. i understand its not a hard box surrounding the steelbooks but when i ship stuff i protect my items bestbuy just likes to charge full price and not give a crap i am so close to being done and going else where. hopefully i can find this in store at my local best to swap out. had the same issue with recent movie BackDraft the steel book came and look terrible was even bent during shipping.

Not all 4K movies are released with an additional Blu-ray disc. This is one of them. Make sure it specifically says you are getting the standard Blu-ray disc as well as the 4K UHD.

Got as a gift for Christmas. Used about 6 times. Tried playing last week and no screen/picture had sound. I turned off n on many times and no visual just sound. Unfortunately waranty only covers for 3 months! Would not recomend!!

I hope you knew that 4K discs DO NOT play in standard Blu-ray players before you wrote this 1 star review for the movie. You should have known by now that 4K discs have to be played in their own players and can play the others, DVD/Blu-ray. Game systems also have to be able to read the 4K UHD disc as well. 4K is a step up from Blu-ray, overall.

The art is amazing, the panel graphics are fantastic. They did an amazing job remaking this 20th anniversary cab. The screen is ultra clear. Fantastic game selection. And every game has online leaderboards which makes the replay value great. I keep coming back to this cab wanting to get in the top 25. Arcade1up’s quality has really improved over the first gen cabs. They knocked this one out of the park.

Thank you for taking the time to convey what I was thinking without having it physically, yet!
Looking at the cabinet up close with the pictures provided here on Best Buy, it looks like they have redesigned the Volume control and On/Off white buttons also. They look to be flat now, as opposed to be the white pegs they are on the PAC MAN Legacy Edition I own.
Is that an upgrade design for this one? Just curious.

I got this assembled just fine, but then the joystick fell apart after the first play. I got it reassembled, but now it's loose and doesn't feel right. The controls don't respond right either. I am really good at this game and score well in arcades, so something is wrong. I shouldn't have to repair parts for a brand new machine. Not impressed.

Hi, that is a shame and I feel for you. Hopefully, you will get your money back on this. I should say that PAC MAN Legacy Edition is really good, but I feel like the joystick could have been built better. It works, but it really clicky whereas the real one from the Arcade is solid and does not make any noise. That is the only drawback I have on these units, the joysticks are not built well enough.

I bought this thinking it was the Steelbook Collector's Set. Unfortunately, it was just regular packaging. Not worth the price without it being steenboks.

You can still get those, for the Hobbit, and then Lord of the Rings. Finding a good deal on them is key and not all dented up.

Had the Ms Pac Man cocktail table, which I love. Class of 81 blows that one out of the water. Selling the cocktail cabinet.
Lit marquee, best graphics and side art arcade 1 up has ever released, lighted deck with 8 color options, wifi and online world leaderboards, dip switch settings to customize difficulty and speed (software update even added rapid fire to Galaga ... and since it's wifi the update takes place as fast as adding an app to your phone)
I have 7 cabinets and this is by far my favorite. Even got some world high scores!

Thanks for the review! I have to say, I was impressed with their graphics on the STAR WARS cabinet and TEMPEST Atari Legacy Edition, of which I own. This one looks great as well. The lighted deck seems to be a new addition. Good to know!

Retrogaming fans and pop-culture enthusiasts have been clamoring for it, and here it is courtesy of Arcade1Up: the Atari Legacy CENTIPEDE Edition home arcade machine, for the first time in a form factor shaped just like the original classic arcade cabinet!
There are misleading images of this unit's screen size when showing Centipede. The game is a vertical game as it should be. However, there are photos of it being squashed or horizontal. Which is it?

So, what's the actual date of release now? Arcade 1up had it in March and Best Buy says Dec. 31, 2021. lol There are many of us eagerly awaiting to get this unit when Arcade 1up SAYS and sends an email stating it is READY for Preorder.

Hey Ed, this is the normal arcade version from 1982. No, there is no SPEED UP version on this unit.

Want to order mrs pacman cabinet upright arcade but only see cocktail table... Did up right mrs pacman sell out?
You can order it now, I have mine. Picked it up at the Lakewood, CA. store on Halloween Day. I love it, no problems at all. It is the upright cabinet.

I know that this cabinet comes with the normal speed version of mrs pacman, I was just wondering if there was any possible way that I could enable the faster pace version. I just find it way more entertaining and enjoyable. Thanks
Interesting question, Jacob. I don't know if it can be messed with to make it super fast, or the speed up version.

i am trying to get this but it is showing sold out? when will more be in stock. i have been waiting since it was announced to buy this and years before that hoping it would happen one day.
You can order it now online from BEST BUY. I don't see a sold out next to it as of this writing, Nov. 3, 2020.

Will this be fast Ms Pacman or slow Ms Pacman?
It's the traditional MS. PAC-MAN, not the speed up version. After the 1st Apple screen, she does pick up speed.
I have that and 3 other versions of MS. PAC-MAN on my tabletop game.

Is this the same steelbook as the region free Titans of Cult version? It has the same cover art.

Agreed on that. Still says coming soon on October 5. I think some others have taken orders, but, Best Buy usually has a different version than they do. Light up Marquee, other games.
