For a 30 year old movie, this looks really good now. 4K is beautiful with good sound at DTS 5.1. No 7.1, but, I don't know if that would add anything to this movie. It sounds good through the sound bar.

I had never seen this until this month. I like Johnny Depp and thought I would give this a try. Well, it's decent, however, after viewing it one time, I don't think I will again. It's not a movie I want to see many times over a period.
The movie looks and sounds good on HD Blu-ray.
The acting is good, they got a decent cast for this mystery murder movie.
I won't give the ending away, but basically someone is on the train who is hiding an awful secret. The famous detective is on the case and soon discovers an awful plot that engulfs the entire train passengers.

This is a new 2021 Steelbook edition for the 4K of THE FINAL CUT of the movie Apocalypse Now ONLY.
It does NOT contain the other versions such as the Theatrical or the Extended and the other feature In The Heart of Darkness.
Those can be found on the 6 disc set, which is fabulous and has a gatefold set with some decent artwork.

I really like this Steelbook it’s pretty cool. Lionsgate knows how to make a great Steelbook and this one is pretty awesome. But the only dislike about this is that I didn’t have a chance to finish the movie. Like after hour and a half the sounds just cut off while I was watching the movie. For the 4K and the Blu-Ray. I was very disappointed and had to return it and sadly, they didn’t had any copy of the Steelbook and the regular 4K. Wish I could give this a better rating but couldn’t, I was let down.

Arcade1Up is incredibly proud to produce the Tron home arcade cabinet, among the most requested by hardcore retrogamers. Awarded "Coin-Operated Game of the Year" by Electronic Games magazine, Tron was revered for its gameplay and gorgeous aesthetic. The Arcade1Up Tron home arcade cabinet stays true to what made the game such a draw in 1982, right down to its signature inner lit blue joystick. I spent a lot of time standing in front of one of these in the arcade back when they came out. And I haven't seen one since I enlisted in '85 so I had to get this just as a sop to my memories of happy times during childhood.
This isn't my first Arcade 1up cabinet, but it's by far the most expensive. I don't see the value here OTHER than for that nostalgia factor. There isn't anything here that warrants the price otherwise compared to some of the other games.
That being said, if you can get past the price point and want it, it definitely does bring back those days.
Assembly is pretty standard, although in this set the smallest piece, that is a small bit of wood material about 6 inches long that goes angled on the top above the screen to support the top cover, was much flimsier in here than in my last one. It split with the tiniest bit of snugging the screw down. It was still usable, and I was very careful with the second one, but keep that in mind.
Beyond that, I put it together myself and didn't have any issues with the build I do have a bit of dissapointment with the fitting of the graphic panel just under the joystick - it's not straight and so didn't line up well with the piece underneath it. I may have to pop the back and put some gorilla tape or something on it to keep it lined up better.
The other disappointment is with the joystick. Not anywhere near as good as the original. So light cycles, for example, it gets a lot of inputs that you aren't intending. And the ability to do those tiny little smallest jinks while driving the light cycle are nothing like what you could do with the original.
Sounds are spot on though, and the music is as well. So it's good for a stroll down memory lane even if it's not as good to play as it was. But for the price I expected better.

Thank you for your review! I have been watching this as well to see who would buy one and what it would be like. The price point is just too much, and now you say the controls are not as good, etc. Well, hopefully, there will be a mod available at some point to fix that joystick.

This movie of course was no where on par with the first two. It is worth watching as I think all of them are except for the one with Busta Rhymes in it. This is a classic so buy it and watch it. Too bad they dont make a monster Halloween box set.

Well, this is the second time on 4K for these movies. I believe the first was a digibook style case. They are only rereleasing these to coincide with the newest Spider-Man movie that has all 3 of the guys in it. I'm sure if they sell enough of this set, they will undoubtedly put out a steel book version of it to make even more money. Slip covers, for the most part, are becoming hard to find now. The money is in the steel book casing.

The movies are entertaining however I am disappointed with the packaging. I do not like stacked discs and this set did not add anything extra. Not even a slip cover. I would recommend buying at a discounted price.

As a life long Star Trek fan I purchased this box set to go with my collection.
I would say that these are a good 4K transfer but not really much of an upgrade over the Blu-ray.

It is nice having a digital copies however these are on paramount and not able to be used on Movies anywhere.
No Dolby Atmos
The Motion Picture is currently being upgraded to the directors cut 4K with Dolby Atmos.. the others will probably soon follow.

I don't know which set up you are watching your discs on, but these most certainly DO have Dolby Atmos on them. They look better than ever now in 4K and am very happy to have them. A good 4K player combined with a good 4K TV with HDR is the best set up.

There are misleading images of this unit's screen size when showing Centipede. The game is a vertical game as it should be. However, there are photos of it being squashed or horizontal. Which is it?

Certainly. 1 UHD 4K Disc, 1 Blu-ray Disc, 1 Blu-ray Bonus Disc for each movie. 27 in all.

What versions of the films will be included? Theatrical, directors cut, extended cut, original and re-release of older films, extras like outtakes or other discs, 2 or 3 discs per film?
No versions from the 1977, 1980, 1983 theatrical run are going to be in this set nor will they be officially on Blu-ray or 4K. You can get a DVD copy of it from 2004, but the quality of those are dreadful. I know, I had them and threw them out. You can get the 1995 THX VHS and Laserdisc versions, still. Good luck on the machines playing them though as they are becoming extinct.

Hey Candyman, well it looks like all the movies have an upgraded sound added now, in the UHD 4K discs, they are Dolby ATMOS 7.1 English, then 5.1 for Spanish and French.
There are a few other foreign languages after those main three, looked like korean or middle eastern. Subtitles are there as well with several to choose from.

Will this product being sold by Best Buy be region free or locked to a particular region?
I believe there are several different versions being sold. This particular box set in USA is Region A/1.

When the original trilogy first came out on DVD, the bonus material included a comprehensive "making of" documentary called "Empire of Dreams." It was a great film about the origin of "Star Wars." Is that documentary included in the material here?
Hi, No, unfortunately it is NOT in this set. It is only on that 2004 Star Wars Trilogy Bonus DVD that I know of, besides youtube.

No, it does NOT include ROGUE ONE or SOLO, which were STAR WARS STORY movies. This set is ONLY the STAR WARS "SKYWALKER SAGA", 9 Movies total.

"ROGUE ONE" and "SOLO" will NOT be in this set.
You get the special box with the artwork and a letter from Mark Hamill, which does NOT have his original signature. It is a copy of it.
I am sure the special features will have what was previously brought over from the other releases already out.
Hang on to the 2011 Box Set that came out with the 9 Blu-ray discs, 3 of which were special features if you have that. It was re-released with Darth Vader on the front cover.
