Laika studios is an absolute gift to all movie lovers. Especially those like myself that truly enjoy stop motion animation. This movie visually is truly an amazing work of art. The story of Kubo is engaging and inspiring. His journey is very well written. The overall story arc is compelling and very satisfying. The voice acting is also excellent. So I watched the original mess that was released. The Snyder cut fixes all the wrongs. It is really long so that is a negative but it doesn't drag. It is broken up into parts so that helps. The action sequences are pretty epic. I like Snyder's slow motion style but it can be overused at times. They are best utilized on the Flash scenes in my opinion. All in all this is worthy of your time if you are a Snyder fan and enjoy Superhero type movies. It is better than 90% of anything Marvel has put out.

I was never really a huge fan of the original Top Gun to be honest. I thought it was a bit corny. This sequel though is terrific! It has pretty much every moment you would hope to see without it being too corny at all. The 4K picture and Dolby Atmos soundtrack are absolutely top notch! The flight action sequences are so well done here. I am very impressed. This is one 4K movie disc that you should definitely consider adding to your collection.
