It was an open box item. Awesome screen and memory and specs. Who ever returned messed up the touch screen so it did not work at all. The sound system was good and the touch pad was good with the fingerprint reader. Sad it had to be returned as defective.

Can you delete apps off of the system? I have no use for whats app.
