great volume, comfortable ear pieces, so lightweight and comfortable i would forget it was on my neck. Awesome battery life and Bluetooth never 'accidentally' disconnected like other headsets.
Only downside was that while taking calls I would occasionally have to put the microphone closer to my mouth so the other person could hear. It wasn't every call and an only minor downfall so I still rate this 5/5

the battery is ok, 8 hours is fine but will require a daily charge if you use it while working.
I wish the volume went a little higher as well
Ear buds are definitely comfortable and the magnetic blue tooth disabler is helpful for a quick disconnect when i want to speak on my phone itself.
My previous headset was the Sony c400 (purchased through bestbuy). Cheaper and better in my opinion.
