Works well but not as hot

The product is nice but only gripe is that it seems like it is not hot enough. It requires at least two rounds of drying for one load to be dry. Not sure if this is due to eco setting but using this dryer with wool dry balls really makes the laundry super dry even if it doesn’t dry quick enough. Also buttons are a bit hard to press to get it to change.
