Purchased this as a Christmas present. Unboxed and tried using it today for the first time today, and this is what we got. Called BB customer service and its not their problem. It should have been tried prior to 1/15. Best Buy customer service is an absolute joke.
(I have video of the mixer literally bouncing up and down, but reviews only allow to post pics and not video)

Do NOT purchase this treadmill. After only 10 hours of use, it stopped working. BowFlex is saying a new console is needed, and it was only covered for 1-year. (New console alone is $899) Some of the treadmill is still literally in the protective plastic. It has never been moved or folded up since it was installed by Best Buy.
The warranty information posted on the Best Buy website for this treadmill is WRONG. Best Buy shows the warranty as 5-year parts, 2-years labor, and nothing else. That is incorrect. I have spoken to Best Buy about this issue and they keep putting it back on the manufacture, even though the information Best Buy has listed in inaccurate.
Was hoping Best Buy would do the right thing. But after speaking to 4 different people and 2 hours of my time, I got nowhere. In the meantime, the information they have posted is misleading and deceitful, even thought they have been made aware of the issue.
