Open box sold at full price?

The device looks great. The problem is it was opened and looked like someone rolled it like a dice across the floor and cracked the screen. Then wrapped it back in the plastic and put it back in the box. I spend a lot of money with Best Buy and I know I’m just a small consumer, but this item was removed form the box and the reboxed at some point and someone knew it was cracked and didn’t bother to say anything……..anyway in the 2nd picture this is basically how the item was boxed……
