Always loved Species and will always upgrade when a new version is released. If you like this movie this release by Scream Factory is a pretty stacked set. My only real complaint is the case itself is garbage. The disc holders aren't long enough and several of the discs were just rattling around the box.

Black Friday is a fun yet flawed throw back to 80s horror. The cast is solid and we get some decent practical effects. Could have used more Bruce Campbell.

Much better than the last version of this charger but due to the last one crapping out after a year or so, time will tell if this product is average or above average. Charges the controller just fine.

A pretty decent tribute to Heavy Metal, marred by sub par animation but has above average voice acting. The steelbook is beautiful though and worth the price of admission alone. For fans of Heavy Metal magazine or old school Frank Frazzeta or Boris Vallejo style art.

PATHETIC EARTHLINGS... WHO CAN SAVE YOU NOW? Super producer Dino de Laurentiis (Dune, Barbarella) brought Alex Raymond's beloved cartoon strip and the long running movie serial to the big screen with celebrated director Mike Hodges (Get Carter, Black Rainbow) at the helm, in a delirious space opera, where Flash is King of the Impossible! Merciless Emperor Ming (Max von Sydow) decides to wreak havoc on Earth in a moment of cruel boredom. Boarding a rocket as a means of escape, star quarterback Flash Gordon (Sam J. Jones), Dale Arden (Melody Anderson) and Dr. Hans Zarkov (Topol) find themselves on Mongo. Taken prisoner Flash must save Dale from becoming Ming's concubine, avoid the amorous intention's of Ming's wicked daughter Aura (Ornella Muti) and unite the warring Kingdoms of Mongo. With endlessly repeatable dialogue, inimitable camp style, the sonic stylings of Queen and a delightful band of characters and actors playing them it's no wonder Flash Gordon has become one of the most beloved sci-fi spectacles of it's era with directors such as Edgar Wright, Taika Waititi and Seth MacFarlane paying tribute to it in their work.

My 4 star rating is mainly for the quality of the disc itself. Arrow has done some great work cleaning up this old film. On paper, I should love this: 80's, Cheese, Beautiful Women and a Queen soundtrack but it's never clicked for me.

Godzilla is an oddity. I love it but it is a slow, glum affair. Not a particularly fun monster mash but as the first entry in this series its more than adequate. Steelbook features decent enough art. 4/5 for me.
