Bought as an open box. Reason stated it had some scratches. Got it home and it would not balance. I called Best Buy they sent a tech out and it was a bad drum. I am still waiting on delivery of new washer..we will see if it shows up tomorrow or if I have to argue and wait. No agitator to many different cycles will never use them.
