This worked perfectly with our Epson 4000 projector. Read the directions before assembly. It is easy to mount the unit 90 degrees out of sync. Once correctly attached to the ceiling, mounting the projector was easy as pie. A very welcome feature for some of the larger projectors.

We have had this unit operational now for only a month or so. Compared to our old projector this is killer. It can be watched in daylight without darkening the room but if you have full sun some darkening of the room is suggested. We haven't tried the 3D option yet but if it is anywhere near the quality of the 2D picture it will be fantastic.

So So Performance

We were pleased with this unit until it started acting up. The picture turns white as in a photo negative. Other times it turns black as in a reverse negative. Other times it goes completely black. This began while it was still in warranty. It rectifies itself once the unit is turned off for a minute or so and now it is out of warranty so our $1300 TV is a real pain. It will go for a week without issue then it will act up 3 or 4 times a day. Samsung has given us phone help but none of their suggestions have resolved the issue.

The standard stainless knobs look great however the blue upgrade is unmatched. We left the trim pieces surrounding the knobs stainless. It looks consistent that way as not all knobs get the blue outer ring. Each knob is designated for a specific location by the color on the back of each knob so don't be in a hurry and just start pushing the knob on in any location. Match the back color to the color on the stainless knob it replaces.

This unit, when coupled with our other Sonos speakers, is amazing. Like other Alexa items it reminds you occasionally it is always listening by responding when nothing was asked of Alexa. If you have one or more Alexa devices it gets a bit wordy about which device you wish to listen with. Changing the call name on one of the devices would remedy some of that as now both would not respond in unison.
