Bought this online and when i pay for something i expect it to be to my liking and when i got it in the mail it didnt close properly so i was told i could exchange it at a store when i got there i was told by staff that it doesnt count as defective and that i was just closing it wrong when she spent what 10 seconds closing it when ive tried it like 100 times at home. The fact she even struggled to get it shut and tell me i was wrong baffles me im not gonna be buying online if this is whats going to keep happening this is nonsense.
